The First Post with Potato fries

I cooked potato fries with a new (cheap) airfryer. This is my first post on github.io

Previously I tried using Jekyll + Github Page. I spent a day fiddling to make the custom theme work but then I realized it was a lot of trouble setting it up again after a year. I went with a standard Github theme instead.
